Why join 1escape health club?

Your health is your single greatest asset. At 1escape we inspire people by helping them to achieve their goals through our training methods, programs and philosophies. 1escape is a private members club however we can, by appointment, organise a club tour and later a trial. We also recommend that you take the opportunity to speak to our existing members and find out why 1escape is the preferred health club in Dublin city centre.

Our membership fee includes full use of all our facilities including almost 100 classes per week. Upon joining, we would encourage you to avail of your complimentary Induction Programme to set your goals and plan your fitness journey. This programme and all follow-up programmes are complimentary with your membership.

Personal training, specialised courses (eg swimming lessons), towels and retail products are available at an additional fee which is displayed at the club reception.

Please note off peak membership is home club access only and all our fitness classes are included within your off peak hours only.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re thinking of leaving us. Did you know that there may be an alternative solution to cancellation such as a membership freeze or a change of membership type, depending on your circumstances?

We ask that you give us 3 calendar months notice to cancel. We understand that in the case of medical/redundancy reasons 3 months notice is not always possible. Under these circumstances we can cancel or suspend your membership immediately. A Doctors note/proof of redundancy is required.

If you’d like to talk to us about cancelling your membership, you can complete a ‘Just Before You Go’ form at reception in your home club, or call our Membership Team on 014850700.

In cases where the membership subscription has been made in advance (“up front payment”) 1escape will issue a proportionate refund if requested for annually paid subscriptions. While it is open to you to stop your direct debit at any time, you should be aware, that this would not remove your payment obligations under the membership agreement.

Iconic Health Clubs is famous for running the best and most creative fitness class timetable in the country. Our mobile app will give you the ability to book online from the comfort of your home or office 2 days in advance so you can plan your fitness and track your results as well as manage your membership and loyalty reward points!
