 Never skip the basics; you have to have a strong foundation if you want to progress further faster.
 Be consistent with your workout & plan ahead.

I love playing racquetball! I have been practicing this sport since I was a kid, playing tournaments, teaching, couching and now building our first club in Dublin.

What do I think are the keys to be successful both in career and sports?

I believe that PERSEVERANCE AND DISCIPLINE are the key to success in achieving any goal. Always with a positive attitude, determination and visualization, through a plan everything will be possible.
