I’ve worked in fitness for 6 years including running my own Zumba and Pilates classes. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients from beginners to bodybuilders and have learnt how to adapt a program to suit the Individual. I want to help you feel successful and confident every time you step inside the gym. Reaching your goals is my number one priority.
What can I expect from training with you?
When you choose to do personal training with me, not only will you learn what to do but also why you’re doing it. It’s important to me to educate my clients so they begin to understand their bodies and how good technique is vital. It’s my job to design your program and motivate you in your session but to also equip you with the tools to stay on track outside of the gym.
