I’m a qualified personal and fitness trainer with extensive experience in online and gym coaching, as well as physical training team sports’ athletes. I believe moving your body every day is the key for a healthy life and I like to incorporate my scientific knowledge into trainings to better adapt them to my clients needs.


Accredited personal trainer with a degree in sports science. This allows me to insert my scientific knowledge in training and physical preparation in sports. I am highly certified as a personal trainer, female training, postural gymnastics during pregnancy and sport fitness classes.

How will personal training help me?

People go to the gym to train for various reasons: to increase muscle mass, lose weight, tone and redefinethe body, improve their performance in a sport, improve their psycho-physical condition. Whatever the reasons, the Personal Trainer intervenes to customize the training plan, to adapt the sporting activity to the specific situation of the person and to support them in maintaining a constant commitment to physical exercise. A personal trainer will be there to motivate you, to help you go beyond your limits even when you feel like you’re on a plateau, taking into consideration possible injuries and helping in preventing them.

What can I expect from training with you?

“My first goal is to get to know the person according to their needs and adapt the training, because each and every one is different and has different needs. I will follow the person during the workouts, focusing on the exercises and also acting as a motivational support, advising them on a correct lifestyle and proper nutrition. I will make the training dynamic, active and will insert some fun challenges.”
