JUST GETTING STARTED?
If you need any help, your Icon spinning instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves in our ‘Welcome To Spin classes. Your seat should be level with your hip, and there should be a slight bend in your knee as you spin the pedals with your feet. Why not start off with 4 or 5 tracks and work your way up to a full spin class?
