Bio of Ana-Maria

I’m a trainer who believes fitness should build confidence, not intimidation. What drives me most is seeing people realise they are stronger and more capable than they thought. I love helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that last. I especially enjoy working with people who want guidance, accountability, and the determination to stay consistent and progress long term.

Why I became a Personal Trainer

My background in fitness started through sport. I was a competitive swimmer growing up and later worked as a tennis coach, which gave me a strong appreciation for discipline, movement, and performance. Being around sport for so long naturally led me into the fitness industry. Personal training felt like a natural next step to help others become stronger, healthier, and more capable in both sport and daily life.

Training Style & Fitness Philosophy

My training style is influenced by my background as a competitive swimmer. I focus on discipline, consistency, and steady, measurable progress. Like swimming, I believe in balancing technique, endurance, and strength, while keeping sessions challenging and structured for long-term improvement.

Typical Results

Clients typically achieve noticeable improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Many also gain confidence in their abilities, improve movement and posture, and develop sustainable long-term training habits.
