BODYATTACK, is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts.
We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Your instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way.
This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Our instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

What equipment do I need Les Mills BodyPump class?
If you would like to partake in our Les Mills BodyPump Classes, all you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. During the class you’ll use a weight bar and weight plates and a step. These will be supplied in the class by Iconic Health Clubs in our in Dublin City Centre, South Dublin and North Dublin branches.
Do I need to be strong to do a Les Mills BodyPump class?
Our Les Mills BodyPump Classes instructors provide options to suit everyone. It’s a good idea to start with really light weights or even just a bar. Start slowly with just one to two classes a week and build up from four or five tracks to a full class. You’ll find your fitness and strength improve over a number of sessions at Iconic Health Clubs.
Do I need martial arts experience to participate in Body Combat?
Our Les Mills BodyCombat Classes do NOT need any martial experience to participate. BodyCombat is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and our instructors provide optional exercises that are lower impact and easier to suit everyone.
