Total Body Resistance (TRX) also known as suspension training, uses specialised straps which use gravity and bodyweight as resistance.
Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions.
TRX suspension training is unlike any other technique for working out. Just by changing your body position slightly, the load can be increased or decreased on your muscles meaning that everyone can use this method of training. The instability that the TRX suspension strap creates whilst you perform movements means that your core is constantly activated.
Moreover, the functional movements mean that many muscles are worked at the same time, providing a very comprehensive, all over workout.Great for beginners and easy to progress, TRX develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, balance, flexibility and core stability. It also makes you feel tough.
