Our Milon personal trainers will pre-programme your exercise circuit, so you will not need to worry about adjusting the machines, the resistance or even count your reps. Your very own smart card stores your personalised workout making it, quick easy and extremely effective. The card also records and evaluates your workout data every time you train, allowing you and your trainer to keep track on your training and performance. And just 2 x 35 minute sessions every 10 days is all it takes.

You may have heard that strong is the new skinny. That is because, strength machines burn more calories (body fat) than cardio machines. Often, we find that gym users are reluctant to include strength in their programme and rely too heavily on the familiar treadmill.
