On Tuesday 14th we felt the need to spoil our amazing members by sharing the love on Valentines night. Last year it was a massive success so we continued in the same vain this year! We provided fresh Roses, Strawberries, Chocolates and Prosecco to all members who attended on the night.

Operations & Maintenance

We are constantly investing in quality preventative maintenance. Most recently, we have carried out a full planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of our heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), BEMS, electrical and water systems. Our PPM provider Thermodial provide us with a detailed report of any issues that may arise and we invest in preventing any of these occurring.There is nothing more frustrating for a member than broken or out of order gym equipment. As Dublin’s Premium Health Club having our equipment in top working order is extremely important. We have most of the top brands including Freemotion, Paramount, SportsArt & Milon. The machines are complex and have many working parts. Further PPM was carried out on all of our gym floor equipment and cardio equipment in February by our service provider as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. We feel it is vitally important to have everything in ‘’Tip-Top’’ sharp every time you come in!!


As a premium Health Club we are proud to invest in such high quality classes such as Les Mills. Over the past 2 months we have launched the new BODYPUMP™ 100 on 23rd January, BODYATTACK™ 95 on the 8th February and BODYCOMBAT™ 70 on 21st February. We are dedicated to provide you with the most top quality classes around and our instructors work tirelessly to keep you refreshed and enjoying each class – every time you attend!


We are now showing all 6 nations games on our TV which we installed new at the reception area and on the existing one on the gym floor! We felt this can give our members an alternative option of watching the games while working out! We have also installed new hair dryers in the 1st floor ladies and men’s changing rooms o further enhance your experience!


Our REPS qualified instructors are providing the best tips for you to improve your health and wellbeing every Thursday on our social media platforms. They will be explain different exercises and tips to help you reach those all important training goals and improve your fitness. This month our instructors went through the Tricep Pull down technique (focusing on isolation of the Tricep), effective ways to train on the treadmills and also core exercises in the gym in which they focused on the Russian Twist!
