Club maintenance
As you are aware we have had to temporarily close our free weights area due to structural work being carried out by the tenant below us. We have moved the majority of the equipment onto our gym floor for your continued access and you are also invited to use either 1escape or The
Dartry Health Club during this time. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our hands however we are endeavoring to liaise with the engineers working on the project and the landlord to ensure that the disruption is kept to a minimum so we can resume to our full selves as soon as possible. We will keep you updated as and when any news arrives. Please ensure that you keep an eye our our mobile app notifications, as this is the quickest and most direct way of contacting you with club updates. A member of our front of house team can assist you if you have not yet downloaded our app.
Our club Hygiene partner carried out an industrial deep clean of our men’s and ladies first floor shower areas and thermal suite. Their team were working through the night with industrial cleaning equipment to polish and descale the areas. This ensures the changing rooms and washroom facilities are smelling fresh and clean for our members upon each visit as well as being kept to strict National Standards of hygiene.
Emergency lighting testing was carried out by our Electrical contractors with a full report for the building and maintenance complete. LED lighting was installed in areas where faults were found and lighting was also fixed in our front window display.
It is of upmost importance that we keep our members safe at all times and provide a comfortable environment to work out in. KDS our security partner carried out upgrading work on our security systems in January. They updated all our CCTV cameras and refocused them to high spec. A full system update was also carried out on our intruder alarm with the Panic Button and lone worker device fully tested.
Have you noticed our new Gym radio station playing over our speakers? GYMMIX has now become our official sound in our clubs. They provide our members with 1000’s of amazing motivational music to work out to. We have also installed new speakers in our entrance area to get you pumped up for the workout ahead! Listen out for our information ads that we are playing between songs to keep up to date on what is going on within the club.
