Club maintenance

Throughout September we made a number of repairs and changes around the club.

Our Steam room, Sauna and Thermal suite had a full maintenance. They have been maintained to the industry standards with all temperatures checked and generators serviced. The salt and prongs is also completed bi-weekly by our maintenance team to ensure maximum output.

Painting has also been taking place in numerous places around the club.

We had a full professional deep clean of all our windows inside and out within the building including our amazing atrium area.

Our PPM partner carried out Electrical Panel Scans Using Thermal Imaging throughout the building to identify electrical problems prior to failure. This allows us to take proactive steps to prevent costly and sometimes dangerous electrical outages, so we do not affect you our member’s. Any issues are then fixed before a problem arises.

We have a new Stretch Area! Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage. Our new stretch area is perfect for improving your flexibility and stretching techniques.

Towel Use/Gym Hygiene

I would like to ask all members to adhere to our gym etiquette and please think of other member’s by using a towel at all times in the gym. Also, please wipe down machines after use with the Hygiene Sanitiser located around the club.

Machine Safety

It is vital that all members adhere to the safety instructions on machines and fully engage pins on the machines in order to prevent injury. If pins are not fully in place arms and/or levers are at a possibility of falling on you. If you have any doubts or questions regards an exercise book in at reception for a review or ask on of our wellness team on the gym floor.
