Heres what your first week will look like:

  • Day one: 5 Burpees
  • Day two: 10 Burpees
  • Day three: 15 Burpees
  • Day Four: 20 Burpees
  • Day Five: Rest day – You would have earned it and achieved a lot in your first week.
