Personal training will provide you with the structure and direction you need to achieve your goals in the gym – regardless of your previous training history or experience. If you are confused by all the information out there about what you should be doing in the gym and how often you should be doing it, then personal training is right for you. If you are equally confused (or even slightly fed up) trying to get your head around all the information out there about what to eat, when to eat and why, then personal training is right for you. If you are ready to say goodbye to yo yo diets, crazy fads you downloaded off the Internet and are ready to see some results for real, then personal training is for you.

Experience

I have been doing this job for 7 years now and many of my clients (past and present) have become life long friends. Some of us even went to Vegas together one year – client trainer trip away! I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I have competed in both professional powerlifting (for Ireland) and fitness/bikini modelling over the years. To date I hold a National Irish record for my deadlift (117.5kg @ 50kg bodyweight) and I was crowned World Bikini Model and 1st runner up in World Fitness Model in 2015. It was a few years ago now – but I am still quite proud of that, and yes I have the pictures to prove it . . . just in case!!!
