Camilla has been working as a personal trainer for the past 13 years. She has enjoyed assisting people to employ mindfulness using health, balance and wellness tools. I’ve been helping people to change their habits and transform their bodies and minds.

What can I expect from training with you?

I’ve practiced fitness since I was child. After finishing high school at 17, I went to University and got my Bachelors Degree in Physical Education. I’ve studied injury and pain management and such how to lose weight and/or build muscle through exercise and nutrition.

Qualifications

Physical Education Degree from Uninove University Brazil
Studio Pilates – PMA qualified
Hatha Yoga from Brahma Kumaris, Brazil
Group Fitness instructor
Certified in Exercise for older adults
