Fitness classes at The Dartry Health Club are all included in your membership. We provide the world’s best fitness classes here in Dublin from Les Mils BodyPump, Yoga to Aqua Run. You will get unlimited access to all our fitness classes as part of your membership. Our timetable accommodates a wide variety of classes at times to suit you – from early morning rise-and-shine workouts to late evening sessions. Whether you’re new to exercise or more experienced, all levels are catered for. Don’t worry about being able to keep up – our instructors are trained to put you at ease and include everyone in the workout.

You can easily book into our classes via our members mobile app or simply turn up before the class starts and register at reception. If you are new to our fitness classes, don’t worry.  Our ‘Welcome to‘ classes are an ideal opportunity to meet with your class instructor before the class starts and get all the tips and support you will need. In addition, our team can recommend what classes are suitable for you and your training goals. Remember though, classes are great fun and you are only new the first time.
