We had a busy month in September with the launch of our new class timetable, the new term for kids swimming classes and National Fitness Day on the 30th. We also bought a lot of new equipment to improve your overall experience in The Dartry Health Club.

New Equipment

During the summer we received feedback from our members stating that we needed swim suit dryers. We have since added 1 in each of the changing rooms. I will ask you to please read the instructions on how to use them. The manufacturer has also advised to dry only one item at a time and not swim hats.

We have also purchased and installed new speakers for Studio 1. Yoga blocks, studio microphones and equipment for aqua aerobics has also been ordered and will hopefully be here by the end of the week.

Timetable and additional classes

The September timetable was released at the start of the month. We are delighted with the feedback that we have received from our members. We have since added a Mindful Relaxation class on a Thursday morning at 9:20am and it has proved to be very popular. We will also be going ahead with a trial run on Tuesday evenings at 9:10pm. If you have any feedback for these or any of our other classes please contact me at clubmanager@thedartryhealthclub.ie

National Fitness Day

National Fitness Week took place in the final week of September. Our event took place on Saturday 30th. We had a terrific turnout with over 10 extra classes on the day. Our sister clubs Icon Health Club and 1escape Health club also took park with each of them organising a similar events during the week.

Lifeguard

To ensure the safety of both our members and the children we have hired two lifeguards who will be present during the busiest times. Dylan started with us last month while Ciaran will be joining the team next week.

Save The Date

Our members Christmas party has been book. It will take place on Saturday 2nd December. We will have further details for you closer to the event. We look forward to seeing you there.
